Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are based on the total amount of your purchase, and are calculated before any discounts are applied:
Up to $100 = $7.00
$101 to $300 = $10.00
$301 to $600 = $14.00
Over $600 = Free
These rates are for insured ground shipping via UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For Alaska and Hawaii residents, please note $10 is added to shipping.
International Shipments
Currently, we only ship to Canada and Western Europe. Our shipping rates do
not include customs, duties or taxes that may apply. Canadian shipments add
an additional $35.00 to your retail order and for Western Europe, please add
an additional $60.00 to your order. All orders will be shipped UPS. For
all countries outside of these areas, please contact our office at 401.383.8816 or email info@wendyculpepper.com for rates.
Return Policy
Wendy Culpepper, LLC., wants you to be satisfied with your on-line purchase, and you may exchange
or return any unworn and unaltered piece of jewelry with invoice within 5 days of receipt date.
If a Manufacturer's defect exists, it should be brought to light immediately. Delayed
notification about a repair may result in an assessed charge (see Repair Policy).
Please contact our office at (401) 383-8816 for a Return Authorization Number.
This number expires seven days after issue and we do NOT accept returns without it or after
expiration. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Please ship your item in a sturdy box and include your name, address, phone number,
a copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for return. We suggest that you
insure the item and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt (UPS or Parcel Post).
All sale items are final.

Wendy Culpepper, LLC., stands by the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your jewelry needs repair,
please contact our office at (401) 383-8816 for a Return/Repair Authorization Number.
This number expires seven days after issue and we do NOT accept returns without it or
after expiration. Please note, charges for repair are assessed based on date of
purchase/ type of repair, and we will not guarantee charge estimates before
receiving the physical piece.

Once the jewelry is assessed and prior to repair, we will contact you if any charges
